About Charlotte

Charlotte Abraham is an associate in our Paris office and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Charlotte focuses her practice on a wide range of issues under EU and French foreign direct investment (FDI) and competition laws, with particular emphasis on merger control, foreign investment, abuse of dominance, cartel and distribution matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Charlotte worked as an intern in French and international law firms, as well as in one of the European Commission’s merger units. She also worked as an intern in the legal department of a French leading company active in the defense and aerospace sector.
