Charlotte Yeldon is a senior associate in the Corporate and Private Equity teams in the UK, having previously worked at two New York-based international law firms.
Charlotte has experience advising private equity houses/sponsors, portfolio companies and shareholder/management teams on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including private acquisitions, carve-outs, co-investments, consortium deals, group restructurings, management incentive plans and general corporate matters.
