- Assisting a developer with a large build-to-rent (BTR) development of over 270 units.
- Acting for a developer on supported living accommodation transactions, including elements of site acquisition, forward funding and letting.
- Advising as part of a circa £220 million intragroup restructuring and refinancing.
- Working on various asset management matters, including in the disposal of freehold and leasehold land.
