About Cristen
Cristen Fletcher is a litigation associate whose practice focuses on product liability and consumer warranty claims within the automotive industry. Prior to joining the firm, Cristen practiced at a boutique trial law firm that specialized in product liability, construction defect, premises liability and general negligence defense.
While earning her law degree, Cristen participated in UC Irvine School of Law’s Intellectual Property and Technology Clinic, where she represented independent filmmakers in securing a renewal and modification of an exemption to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in front of the US Copyright Office. Cristen also participated in UC Irvine School of Law’s Startup and Small Business Clinic, assisting business owners and entrepreneurs in Orange County in navigating the legal complexities of the startup and small business world.
