Cynthia Weiss is a member of our Financial Services Practice Group, and part of the firm’s Private Credit & Direct Lending team.

Clients value Cynthia’s commercial view, collaborative approach to developing practical solutions and commitment to efficiency throughout the process of negotiating and closing deals.

Cynthia represents both borrowers and lenders in a wide range of debt financing transactions, including cash-flow and asset-based facilities, acquisition financings, bridge loans and subordinated debt. She works with borrowers and sponsors across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on healthcare, technology and consumer goods. She also represents a broad range of lenders, including large private equity firms and family offices, whether they are acting as agent, primary lender or co-lender.
