About Dan

Dan Colman is an associate in the Financial Services Practice, based in London. His practice covers domestic and cross-border non-contentious banking and finance transactions, with a focus on asset-based lending and real estate finance.   • Acted on the borrower side of a £75 million term and revolving credit facility for a global private aviation company.
  • Acted for a corporate borrower in relation to a £7.2 million term loan facility with a Taiwanese bank.
  • Acted for a UK property group on its refinancing of a £30 million term loan facility.
  • Advising lenders and corporate borrowers in respect of portfolio matters.
  • Advising financial institutions, corporates and individuals in respect of a variety of finance and banking matters generally.
