About Daniela
Daniela Fasolino is an associate in the Labour & Employment Practice Group, based in the Birmingham office. Daniela qualified in August 2023 after completing her training contract with the firm.
Prior to her career in law, Daniela worked in HR across a range of sectors and industries. This experience has given her a thorough understanding, from an in-house perspective, of the needs of clients requiring legal services.

- Advising on matters at the Employment Tribunal and defending a variety of claims, including constructive/unfair dismissal, discrimination and wage disputes.
- Providing support to in-house counsel and HR professionals on a wide variety of day-to-day employment issues.
- Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, and other contractual and policy documentation.
- Providing corporate support in relation to employment matters for both vendors and buyers on acquisitions, including due diligence.
