David Ricco

David Ricco is a principal in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, based in our Tampa office. David is an experienced real estate transactional lawyer whose practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of commercial real estate assets. He has represented clients in transactions involving healthcare facilities, retail shopping centers, large multifamily residential complexes and industrial properties. His experience includes negotiating and drafting joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other complex transactional documents.

In addition, David regularly advises clients on environmental issues arising in real estate transactions, including environmental due diligence, site assessments, remediation and cleanup matters, and the procurement of environmental insurance coverage. He has also represented a public entity in a significant public-private partnership for the development of a cruise ship terminal, providing strategic counsel throughout the negotiation process.
