Delaney Krauss Hoxsie is an associate in the Phoenix office. She focuses on public finance and infrastructure matters for state agencies, cities, towns, counties, universities and school districts, as well as tax-exempt conduit financings for nonprofit charter schools.

While attaining her JD at Arizona State University, Delaney was an articles editor for Jurimetrics, The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology. After graduating, Delaney clerked at the Arizona Supreme Court for Justices Andrew W. Gould and James P. Beene.

  • Representing Stifel, Nicolaus & Company Inc., as underwriter’s counsel on the issuance of approximately US$67.5 million City of Tucson, Arizona, water system revenue obligations.
  • Representing Goldman Sachs & Co., LLC as underwriter’s counsel on the issuance of approximately US$151.5 million Arizona State University SPEED revenue bonds.
  • Representing Wells Fargo Bank, National Association. as underwriter’s counsel on the issuance of approximately US$69.3 million town of Queen Creek, Arizona, excise tax and state shared revenue obligations.
  • Representing RBC Capital Markets as underwriter’s counsel on the issuance of approximately US$43.1 City of Glendale, Arizona general obligation bonds.
