About Eleanor
Eleanor Dodsworth is a senior associate in our Labour & Employment Practice Group and is based in our Leeds office. She advises on all areas of contentious and noncontentious employment law, advising national and international clients in a variety of sectors.
Eleanor provides commercial and client focused advice to support her clients to achieve their desired outcome while considering legal risk, advising on a variety of matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and capability matters. Eleanor is also an experienced litigator defending complex employment tribunal claims.

Complex multi-day and multi-party discrimination/whistleblowing claims
Constructive unfair dismissal claims
Private sector equal pay claims
Advising on large scale restructure projects, supporting project design and consultation processes.
Designing and delivering bespoke in-house training to clients and speaking at client workshops.
Drafting and negotiating service agreements, consultancy agreements and other contractual documents.
Advising companies and individuals on agreed exits, including negotiating settlement agreements.
