Elizabeth P. Trebbien

Elizabeth (Liz) P. Trebbien is a member of the Litigation Practice, where her practice encompasses a wide variety of litigation matters, including commercial liability matters, alternative dispute resolution, insurance litigation, class actions, and white collar/government investigations.

Liz has experience handling all aspects of disputes, including pre-litigation negotiations and analysis, discovery management, and briefing procedural and dispositive issues. Liz’s emphasis on client service makes her a tireless and attentive litigator working to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.

Liz serves on the Squire Patton Boggs Foundation Committee, which sponsors summer fellowships for law students seeking roles in public service, racial justice, or veterans’ affairs. Her pro bono work focuses on criminal justice reform and advocacy on a local level. Liz is an active member of the Columbus community and serves as a board member of the Columbus Metropolitan Library Friends of the Library.

Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth served as the Managing Production Editor of the Michigan Journal of Law Reform Vol. 53 and advised small businesses and nonprofits in Detroit on transactional matters as part of the Community Enterprise Clinic.
