About Erika

Erika C. Hernandez is a litigation associate based in Los Angeles. Before joining the firm, Erika was an academic skills professor at Berkeley Law. Erika has also practiced employment and labor law, and has experience in economic development.

Erika earned her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law, where she was awarded the Class of 2018 Student Services Award and was the first student to receive the Hon. Cruz Reynoso Service Award. She was also the vice president of the law school student body, a co-submissions editor of the La Raza Law Journal and the co-chair of La Raza Law Students Association.

Outside of her practice, Erika mentors first-year college students and she was an elected board member of the Coastal San Pedro Neighborhood Council from 2018 to 2021.
