About Eva
Eva Giblin is a senior associate in our Global Corporate Practice Group, based in the Dublin office.
Eva has experience advising across a broad range of corporate activities, including mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures. In addition, she also advises clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate advisory work. Eva has previous experience advising companies of all stages on fundraising and investment from private individuals, venture capital and state bodies.

- Acted for an international private equity firm on multiple transactions relating to the sale and disposal of various companies, including a mobile retail service company, an international fintech company, a solvency software company and a digital business lender.
- Acted for a pharmaceutical company in a business and asset acquisition of a multimillion-euro biologics facility.
- Acted as Irish counsel for a multinational healthcare services company on the sale of its cardiovascular device manufacturing business.
- Acted for a multinational reinsurance company on the acquisition of a life insurance company.
- Advised an Irish PLC on a share placing and related matters.
- Advised an asset manager on its financing of a real estate investment trust.
- Acted for a development fund on the sale of a company providing global connecting services.
