Fiona is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group based in our Leeds office and has experience in a wide range of commercial property work, which includes landlord and tenant work, advising corporate clients on the acquisition and disposal of properties and acting for lenders funding the purchase of commercial property.
Fiona’s clients include those in the leisure, retail and energy and utilities sectors.
Fiona also has a broad range of expertise in energy and utilities, focusing in particular on solar projects.
Experience
- Advising an electricity distribution network operator in relation to voluntary agreements with numerous landowners in connection with a new 22-kilometre electrical circuit.
- Acting for a global developer of solar projects in connection with solar leases at several sites.
- Negotiating deeds of easement and crossing agreements for utility companies.
