Gabriel García

Gabriel García is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, based in our Madrid office.

He advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases – such as sale and leaseback transactions – and the financing of diverse real estate assets, such as shopping centres, hotels, industrial warehouses, logistics platforms and office buildings. Gabriel has experience in both asset and share deals.

Gabriel is actively involved in all stages of transactions, from conducting legal due diligence to drafting and negotiating transaction documents, as well as managing the closing process. He also has experience in corporate governance matters.

He holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a double master’s degree in legal practice and business legal consultancy from IE Law School.

Prior to joining the firm, Gabriel worked as an associate at a global law firm.
