Gabe Pennington is an associate in the global Corporate Practice based in our Manchester office, who has also trained with the firm’s Corporate team in our Paris office and the Antitrust & Competition team in our Brussels office.
He advises on national and international transactions, and his practice covers all aspects of corporate work across a range of sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisations and restructuring, shareholder arrangements and general corporate advice.
