About Guillermo

Guillermo Giralda Fustes is an associate and policy advisor in our Public Policy Practice, based in the Brussels office.

Guillermo’s practice primarily focuses on trade policy and law at the national, EU and international levels. Guillermo also advises clients on trade-adjacent questions, including environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters and industrial policy. Furthermore, Guillermo has litigation experience partaking in the representation of sovereign states in World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute settlement.

Prior to joining the Firm, Guillermo was an associate at other international law firms. He also gained experience at the Secretariat of the WTO’s Appellate Body.
