Hannah Gleave is an associate in our Real Estate Practice Group, based in Manchester.
Hannah deals with a wide variety of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, and supporting on development projects. This involves work for a range of clients, including those in the leisure, retail and business services sectors.
Experience
- Acting in the grant of leases for either landlord or tenant clients, including preparing and negotiating ancillary documents such as agreements for lease, rent deposit deeds and licences for alterations.
- Advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold land and property.
- Assisting with asset management matters, including licences to assign and licences to underlet.
- Advising on real estate finance matters, acting for both lending institutions and borrowers.
