Harry Jackson is an associate in the global Corporate Practice, based in the Manchester office.
Harry advises on all aspects of corporate finance work on a national and international basis and, in particular, in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance matters and private equity.
Experience
- Advised a US private equity house on its US$1.27 billion investment into a global business that recovers, recycles and supplies refrigerant gases.
- Acted for a healthcare technology group on the £203 million acquisition by a European private equity firm, to be effected by way of scheme of arrangement.
- Advised on the £60 million sale of a vehicle parts manufacturer to an international trade buyer.
- Representing ECI Partners on its investment in TAG, the market leading high-touch travel management company to the entertainment and corporate markets, providing an exit for Apiary Capital.
- Representing ECI Partners on its investment in ISMS.online, a market leading software as a service (SaaS) information security management system, providing a full realisation for Cow Corner.
- Advised on the £24 million disposal of a recycling company.
- Advised GB Group plc, the expert in digital location, identity and identity fraud software, in connection with its cash box placing and separate PrimaryBid retail offer to raise gross proceeds of £305 million to part fund its US$736 million (circa £547 million) acquisition of Acuant Intermediate Holding Corp.
- Advised Aptamer Group plc, the developer of novel Optimer binders to enable innovation in the life sciences industry, on its £80.7 million Alternative Investment Market (AIM) initial public offering (IPO).
- Acted for a pension scheme in the £28 million sale of share and loan note capital held in a portfolio of companies.
