About Heather

Heather Rees is a partner in the firm’s Financial Services Practice. She focuses her practice on the representation of notes trustees, facility agents and security agents in the US and the UK.

Heather has deep expertise in cross-border financings, including private equity sponsor-led financings, high-yield debt, leveraged buyouts, syndicated lending transactions, bridge facilities and investment grade bonds. In addition, she advises clients on project finance transactions and general banking matters.

Heather also counsels clients on distressed financings and international restructurings, workouts and pre-insolvency proceedings.
