About Hetty

Hetty Tomlin is an associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group, based in Manchester. Since qualifying in 2021, Hetty has advised on a broad range of commercial agreements, including distribution agreements, supply agreements, outsourcing agreements, and IT services agreements.

Hetty also advises on non-contentious intellectual property matters, including IP licensing and assignments, and she regularly supports on a broad range of corporate transactions in respect of commercial, intellectual property and information technology.

Hetty also has experience within the sporting sector, having undertaken a secondment at a Premier League football club, where she advised on a range of matters, including media rights, hosting and event rights, sponsorship agreements, image rights and licensing agreements.
