About Ivy
Ivy Lam is a senior associate based in our Hong Kong office. She focuses her practice on US tax advisory, family wealth succession planning and protection, and trust and estate planning strategies.
Ivy has experience handling estate planning matters and US and Hong Kong trust matters for individuals, families, and corporate entities. She offers advice to high-net-worth individuals with US nexus on trust establishment, pre-US immigration or expatriation tax planning, and US tax compliance issues. She also assists clients with wills and family trusts drafting and restructuring and termination of trust structures.
Ivy’s expertise also includes advising corporate entities and trustees in relation to the establishment of employee benefit trusts and the setting up of Hong Kong trust companies.
Ivy is an affiliate member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
