About Janice
Janice Kwok is a senior associate based in our Hong Kong office.
She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring, private company investments, share placements, private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions and pre-initial public offering (IPO) investments, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Janice also advises listed companies on regulatory and compliance matters.
Experience
Advising a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange regarding the issue of convertible bonds up to CNH500 million, as well as the acquisition of 40% interest in a KOSDAQ-listed company.
Representing Delta International Holdings Limited B.V. on its placing of shares in Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited (listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand).
Advising AVEVA Group on the proposed ceasing of business and liquidation of certain group companies in Hong Kong and the UK.
Representing several listed companies in Hong Kong on compliance and regulatory matters, as well as transactions and statutory filing and disclosure obligations.
