  • Assisting the shareholders of Team17 Group plc, a global games label, creative partner and developer of independent, premium video games, to AIM, with a valuation of £217 million and a fundraising of £107.5 million.
  • Acting for the shareholders of Park Leisure 2000, one of the UK's leading luxury holiday park operators, on the sale of the company for a value of £103 million.
  • Acting for the shareholders of The Yorkshire Provender, a regionally based soup manufacturer, to US buyer Hain Celestial.
  • Assisting with company reorganisations, including demergers, reductions of capital and capitalisation of distributable reserves.
