Kaitlyn R. Ogard is an associate in the Phoenix office where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation on both the state and federal level.

Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlyn attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Kaitlyn served as a note and comment editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and was named an Editor of the Year in 2020. She also interned at the Department of Justice in the Consumer Protection Branch and externed for Judge Susan R. Bolton at the US District Court for the District of Arizona. She graduated with pro bono distinction.
