About Kallie

Kallie Boren is an associate in our Corporate Practice Group, where she advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Her practice includes domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, securities compliance, commercial contracting and corporate governance.

Kallie earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During law school, she served as a source editor for The Ohio State Law Journal and participated in the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic. In that role, she counseled student-athletes on name, image and likeness (NIL) agreements and advised nonprofit and for-profit clients on entity formation, contract drafting and governance.

A former Division 1 softball player at The Ohio State University, Kallie brings the discipline and teamwork of a student athlete to her practice, along with a unique perspective on the evolving NIL landscape.

Prior to her legal career, she was a high school business educator, teaching courses in personal finance, and sports and entertainment marketing; an experience that reflects her strong communication skills and practical understanding of business fundamentals.
