About Katherine
Katherine Jones is a US lawyer based in Germany who concentrates her practice on litigation disputes, with a focus on defense and coordination of complex civil and products liability matters. In addition, she advises her clients on product safety law, product warnings, and recall scenarios for purposes of risk management.
Katherine has valuable experience in all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery management, taking and defending depositions, trial and appeal. Her effective approaches have earned opportunities to successfully present oral arguments on appeal and to successfully assist clients in the defense of civil liability matters at the trial court level. She has also represented clients in mediation leading to successful settlement.
Katherine has experience in a wide range of areas including breach of contract claims, negligence and product liability claims. She has represented clients in financial and fiduciary litigation, including multimillion-dollar cases involving complex issues surrounding privately held corporations, complicated financial and investment facts, and multiple real estate holdings.
