About Kevin
Kevin McKendry is an associate in our Real Estate Practice Group, based in the Tampa office. Kevin focuses his practice on real estate development and finance, including complex commercial real estate transactions, multifamily development and sales, large multistate portfolio transactions, sale-leaseback transactions, leasing, construction and financial services.
He graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, while simultaneously earning his MBA from the Villanova School of Business.
