  • Advising Coats Group plc (LSE:COA), a leading industrial thread and consumer textile crafts business, on the disposal of its European crafts business to Aurelius.
  • Advising Coats Group plc (LSE:COA) on its acquisitions of Gotex S.A. and Fast React Systems Limited.
  • Advising Live Nation (NYSE:LYV) on its acquisition, via its joint venture with Gaiety Investments, of a majority interest in the Warehouse Project and Parklife Festival.
  • Advising Ticketmaster, a division of Live Nation (NYSE:LYV), on its acquisition of Ticketpro, a leading ticketing business in the Czech Republic and Poland.
  • Advising the shareholders of CitySprint, the UK’s leading technology-driven same-day distribution company, in connection with the secondary management buyout of the business (backed by LDC and Dunedin).
  • Advising Synthomer plc (LSE:SYNT) on the acquisition of Hexion Performance Adhesive & Coatings.
  • Advising the shareholders and management of Edenhouse on an investment by ECI Partners.
  • Acting for the shareholders of the UK and Belgium-based Ntrinsic group, a specialist provider of independent, freelance Oracle consultants in Europe, on the sale of a majority interest to Japan-based Outsourcing Inc.
  • Advising Zone Limited, a leading digital marketing agency, on its investment from BGF Investments, its acquisitions of Head London and Conversion Science and other corporate matters.
  • Advising minority shareholders on the sale of their shareholdings in Iceland, the frozen foods company, to the now-majority shareholder Brait, a South African investment company.
  • Acting for ABRY Partners LLP in relation to its purchase of a controlling interest in Thomson Online Benefits.
  • Acting for United Technologies in connection with the sale of a UK security service business to Securitas.
  • Advising Battery Ventures on the acquisition of Scottish company Gas Measurement Instruments Ltd. (GMI), a global leader in portable and fixed gas detection products.
  • Advising on the recommended takeover, by way of a scheme of arrangement, of THB plc by a private equity-backed global insurance company, Amwins Group Inc.
  • Advising Epidarex Capital on its series A funding round in Edinburgh University spin-out company.
  • Advising Michelson Diagnostics on its Series A2 investment round, led by Octopus Investments.
  • Assisting Bessemer Venture Partners on its successful investment in Russian online retailer KupiVIP, which was Russia’s largest ever venture capital investment round.
  • Acting for J.K. Buckenham Ltd. in relation to its solvent scheme of arrangement.
