Supporting businesses with Employment Tribunal matters, defending a variety of claims, including unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination and wage disputes.
Drafting and negotiating an extensive range of employment documentation, including COT3 agreements, settlement agreements and service agreements.
Supporting HR professionals and in-house counsel in respect of day-to-day employment issues.
Assisting the firm’s Corporate team with due diligence for both vendors and buyers on acquisitions, including drafting employment ancillaries.
