Advising the buyer in a transaction in the Spanish defence sector. The Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competenci (CNMC) unconditionally cleared this transaction in March 2025.
Advising the buyer in a transaction in the Spanish retail equipment sector. The CNMC unconditionally cleared this transaction in January 2025.
Advising global internet-based service providers on regulatory and telecommunications matters, with particular focus on the implementation of the European Electronic Communications Code.
