About Leska

Leska Pauline Bartnik is an associate in our Brussels office and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice. She advises on various aspects of EU and German competition law, including merger control, cartel investigations, the Foreign Subsidies Regulation and foreign direct investment (FDI) reviews.

Prior to joining the firm, Leska was an associate in the Brussels office of a large German law firm. During her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court, she worked for a Magic Circle law firm, the European External Action Service, the German Federal Foreign Office, and European Lawyers in Lesvos. She holds a Maîtrise en droit in EU and International Law from Paris, as well as an LL.M. in Competition Law and Economics from Brussels.

  • Advising on the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation in an ex officio investigation by the European Commission
