  • Advising Clearcourse, software solutions group backed by Acquiline Capital, on a number of acquisitions, including retail management software provider EPOS Bureau, hospitality gift voucher management system Giftpro and job management software provider Eworks Manager.
  • Advising the IDHL Group, the Harrogate-based digital marketing group, on its bolt-on acquisitions of Pinpoint Designs, Statement, Wired Plus, Fostr and Ampersand bolstering its Magento, eCommerce and Shopify plus agency offerings.
  • Advising Wavenet, UK supplier of business telecommunication and technology solutions, backed by Macquarie Capital, on its acquisition of Excell Group to advance its cloud and workspace offering.
