Maisie Hodges is an associate in our Global Corporate Practice, based in the London office. Her practice covers all aspects of corporate work, including UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, funding, group reorganisations and general corporate advice.

- Acting for ECI Partners on its acquisition of Insurance Insider from Delinian and the equity reinvestment by the management team.
- Acting for Broadstone on numerous acquisitions and on securing an investment in the business from Lovell Minnick Partners.
- Advising Inflexion and its portfolio company, Sparta Global, on various corporate matters.
- Acting for NorthEdge Capital on the sale of Helios Global Group Limited to Telemos Capital and the equity reinvestment by the management team.
- Advising ECI Partners on its acquisition of Croud and the equity reinvestment by the management team.
- Acting for MSA Advertising Limited, holding company of i-media, on the sale of the business to Mayfair Equity Partners and the subsequent equity reinvestment.
- Acting for Haines Watts South East on the sale of its business to Cooper Parry, backed by Waterland Private Equity.
- Acting for ECI Partners on its investment in Commify, in a deal valued at €300 million, from Hg.
- Advising Volpi Capital on the acquisition of Integral Partners through its portfolio company, Xalient.
