Maximilian (Max) Walker is an associate in our Corporate Practice Group in Leeds. Max has experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisations and capital markets.

Max is active in the market, and regularly espouses the role of a panellist or presenter at various external, client-facing events, often stemming from involvement with our our Life Sciences Industry Group.

Experience

  • Advising andwis Group (a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital) on its acquisition of Senseco Systems.

  • Assisting with the sale of Ligentia to Asyad Group.

  • Assisting with various company reorganisations, including reductions of capital and capitalisations of distributable reserves, as well as discrete matters of company-secretarial nature (both in the private and public spheres).
