Melissa Marrano is an associate in our Litigation Practice Group, based in the Milan office.
Melissa advises and acts for Italian and international clients, both in court and out-of-court disputes, in the area of civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on customs law.

- Advising a Swiss clothing and accessories company and its Italian subsidiary on several litigation disputes in relation to the payment of customs duties and taxes.
- Advising a primary Italian credit institution on credit recovery and insolvency proceedings.
- Advising a natural energy company in relation to a lawsuit for damages for breach of an M&A contract.
