About Naomi

Naomi Darling is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Real Estate Litigation teams, based in Leeds. Throughout her training at the firm, Naomi has also gained experience in planning and construction matters.

Her real estate experience includes supporting and advising on real estate finance transactions, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease renewals (which includes involvement from both a real estate and property litigation perspective) and commercial property acquisitions/disposals.

Naomi has also advised on injunctions, compulsory purchase matters (including compensation claims) and commercial settlements, as part of her property litigation work. She is also involved in matters concerning the Electronic Communications Code.

Naomi is confident working with property portfolios, as well as large commercial sites.
