About Noriyuki

Noriyuki “Nori” Shimoda is a seasoned legal advisor with a deep focus on guiding Japan-based clients through the complexities of doing business in the United States.

His practice spans corporate and commercial transactions, venture capital financings, intellectual property (IP) and labor and employment. Nori serves as a bridge between Japanese businesses and the US legal landscape.

Known for his collaborative approach, Nori works closely with subject matter experts to deliver tailored, practical solutions that align with his clients’ business goals.
