About Raphaelle
Raphaelle Driver is an associate in our Labour & Employment Practice Group, covering all areas of contentious and noncontentious employment law.
Prior to her career in law, Raphaelle worked in public policy advising regional government across a range of topics.
Experience
Supporting businesses defending complex employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, equal pay and allegations of discrimination.
Drafting a broad range of employment documentation, including contracts of employment, settlement agreements, collective consultation letters and workplace policies.
Providing support to in-house counsel and HR professionals on a variety of day-to-day employment issues, including changing terms of employment and redundancies.
Providing corporate support in relation to employment matters on numerous high-value mergers and acquisitions.
