About Rose
Rose Kafetzis is an associate in the Real Estate Litigation Practice Group based in the Birmingham office. She has extensive experience in negotiating telecoms leases and dealing with a wide range of telecoms matters, including freehold purchases. Rose also has experience in a variety of real estate litigation matters, including commercial lease renewals and break options.
Rose is a committee member of the firm’s Grow Your Network initiatives, which focuses on hosting a variety of events for young professionals in Birmingham. She is also a committee member of the Junior Property Litigation Association.
