Russell Kiser is an associate in our Financial Services Practice Group where he advises financial institutions and business enterprises on matters related to capital markets, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he was a summer associate with the firm.
Russell earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law where he served as the executive notes editor for the Georgia Law Review.
