About Ryan
Ryan Cumiskey is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice, based in the Manchester office.
He advises and supports employers in defending complex, high-value employment tribunal claims, including those involving discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal.
Ryan also regularly advises on the employment aspects of private equity transactions and multijurisdictional mergers and acquisitions.
Additionally, Ryan is on hand to support employers with a full range of day-to-day employment law and industrial relations issues.

Representing multinational corporations and FTSE 100 companies in defending complex employment tribunal claims, including against allegations of discrimination and whistleblowing.
Supporting businesses in defending multiclaimant litigation.
Drafting and negotiating a broad range of employment documentation, including executive service agreements, nonexecutive appointment letters and sensitive workplace policies.
Advising on numerous high-value mergers and acquisitions, providing guidance on due diligence, pre- and post-completion dismissals, TUPE compliance, and employment-related provisions within transactional documents.
