About Sepp

Dr. Sepp Wohlfarter is a partner in the Corporate Practice based in Berlin. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, he was an associate at a German law firm in Berlin.

He advises national and international clients, in particular US and UK companies, on their business in Germany. His particular expertise covers M&A transactions, German International Corporate Law as well as general corporate and commercial law matters.

Sepp wrote his PhD thesis on the conflict of law treatment of cross-border mergers of corporate entities.
