About Shima

Shima Vasseghi is a litigation senior associate in our Los Angeles office who focuses her practice on a wide range of commercial and business matters.

Shima received her JD from UC Davis School of Law in 2017, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board and served as a certified student attorney in the UC Davis Family Protection Clinic, earning a certificate for her public service work.

Prior to joining the firm, Shima clerked for the Hon. Steven C. Mannion of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. Her prior experience also includes working as a litigation associate in a Bay Area law firm, where she provided representation to corporations and public entities on a wide range of legal issues, with an emphasis on business, employment disputes, real estate, construction, and estate planning.
