About Shiva

Shiva Abhari is a litigation lawyer with broad experience representing clients in consumer, commercial and civil disputes. She has handled a wide spectrum of cases from inception through settlement, arbitration and trial, and has extensive experience taking and defending depositions and representing clients in mediations.

Her prior practice included defending dealerships in automotive consumer warranty and fraud litigation, as well as representing plaintiffs in personal injury, and trusts and estates disputes. This breadth of experience gives her a comprehensive perspective in navigating complex litigation.

In addition to her litigation practice, Shiva maintains a commitment to pro bono work and is fluent in Farsi.
