About Stephanie
Stephanie Lipscomb is a principal in our Financial Services Practice and is a member of the firm’s Private Credit and Direct Lending team. Based in Washington DC, Stephanie focuses her practice on complex domestic and cross-border commercial lending, corporate and acquisition finance, and private equity and mezzanine finance.
She represents both borrowers and lenders in a diverse range of secured and unsecured finance transactions, including asset-based and cash flow debt financings, acquisition financings, senior and subordinated debt financings, and reorganizations.
Stephanie brings a wealth of practical business knowledge, having represented public and private companies across a variety of industries, including consumer goods, life sciences, healthcare and technology, as well as Fortune 500 companies and middle and emerging market companies.
