Terry Khayat is of counsel in our Tax Strategy & Benefits Practice Group based in our Paris office.
Terry specialises in tax law, more specifically on the tax aspects of transactions and on the daily tax assistance of French groups.
She advises national and multinational companies and private equity funds on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions.
She also advises clients on the tax structuring of such transactions.
