Tom Barr is a senior associate in the Tax Strategy & Benefits Practice.
Tom advises on a wide range of tax issues relating to mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals. He also advises on tax-related issues in respect of property and banking transactions.
In addition, Tom has experience advising on tax-related matters concerning the formation of funds, in particular real estate fund formation and carried interest planning.
