Tyler Vint is an associate in our Financial Services team based in the Leeds office. She is the first solicitor apprentice to qualify at the firm.
Tyler has advised on a multitude of complex transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and asset-based lending.

Acting for ECI Partners in connection with its €180 million unitranche facilities for the acquisition of the Commify Group, which involved seven jurisdictions.
Advising LDC in relation to its investments in The 55 Group.
