About Victor
Victor Dransard is an associate in our global Corporate Practice Group based in our Paris office.
He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate law, advising national and multinational companies or investments funds on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Victor worked in the private equity and M&A department of French and international law firms.

- Advising Bridgepoint for the sale of the Beaba group, a leading player in the manufacturing of childcare products, to Bluegem Capital Partners.
- Advising Samfi-Invest for the acquisition of ExterionMedia, a major player in the communication sector, from British group Global.
- Advising Montana Aerospace for the acquisition of Cefival, a manufacturer of special extruded profiles for the aerospace and energy industries, from the Italian group Calvi.
- Advising Ellisphere for the acquisition of Infotrade, a major player in B2B sales and marketing information solutions, from its founder.
- Advising Alliance Champagne for the withdrawal of one of its members, Coopérative Générale des Vignerons (Cogevi).
